Your privacy matters to us. Here's exactly what we do — and don't do — with your data.
This Privacy Policy describes how Kaim Tech Private ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the NumChain mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully transparent about our data practices.
By downloading or using NumChain, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
Information We Collect
NumChain is designed to work entirely offline and respects your privacy by default. We collect minimal information necessary to make the game function on your device.
- Best score — your highest score is saved locally on your device so it persists between sessions. This data never leaves your device.
- Sound preference — whether you have sound enabled or disabled is saved locally.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, device identifiers, advertising IDs, usage analytics, crash reports, or any other personal information.
How We Use Information
The only data the App stores — your best score and sound preference — is used solely to provide the game experience you expect:
- Displaying your best score on the home screen and after each game session.
- Remembering your sound preference so you don't have to re-configure it every time you open the App.
We do not use any data for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics, or any purpose beyond the core game functionality described above.
Data Storage
All data generated by NumChain is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences, a standard Android/iOS mechanism for lightweight local storage. This data:
- Remains entirely on your device at all times.
- Is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.
- Is automatically deleted if you uninstall the App.
- Can be cleared at any time through your device's app settings (Settings → Apps → NumChain → Clear Data).
We do not operate any servers that receive data from the App. NumChain works 100% offline and does not make any network requests during gameplay.
Third-Party Services
NumChain does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, social media SDKs, or tracking services. The App uses the following open-source libraries solely for core functionality:
- audioplayers — for playing in-game sound effects locally. No data is transmitted.
- shared_preferences — for saving your best score locally. No data is transmitted.
- provider — for in-app state management. No data is transmitted.
None of these libraries collect, transmit, or share any personal information. They operate entirely within your device.
The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google may collect certain device and usage information as part of the Play Store infrastructure, independent of our App. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.
Children's Privacy
NumChain is a family-friendly puzzle game suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information whatsoever, the App is safe for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since the App collects no personal data at all, there is no risk of inadvertent collection from any age group.

Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal data, most data protection rights (such as access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by us) do not apply in the traditional sense — there is simply no personal data held by us to act upon.

- Delete your data — clear App data via your device settings or uninstall the App.
- Reset your score — clearing App data via device settings will reset your best score.
- Opt out — you can stop using the App at any time and uninstall it to remove all locally stored data.
Data Security
Since NumChain stores only non-sensitive gameplay data locally on your device and transmits nothing externally, security risks are inherently minimal. Your device's own security mechanisms (screen lock, encryption) protect any locally stored App data.
We are committed to ensuring that the App remains free from malicious code and operates as described in this policy. We regularly review our App to ensure continued compliance with these standards.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes — particularly any change that involves collecting new types of data — we will notify users through an in-app notice or an update to the App on the Play Store, and we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
Our commitment: We will never introduce advertising, user tracking, or personal data collection without clearly notifying you in advance and updating this policy accordingly.
